We are accepting applications from wedding videographers in greater Tampa. Applicants here are contacted first when our companies begin booking weddings in this market. Film full wedding days from preparation to send-off and capture the audio, coverage and moments our editors need for a cinematic film.
Weddings in the Tampa area run year-round, with the busiest calendar in January–May and October–December. Couples avoid the summer heat and hurricane season, so winter and spring are the busiest months. Our venue data covers 121 wedding venues across 9 cities in this market.
What you'll do
- Film preparation, first look, ceremony, portraits and reception, typically 6 to 10 hours
- Capture ceremony vows and speeches with lavalier and recorder backups
- Run a stabilized main angle plus detail and guest coverage
- Coordinate with planners, photographers and venue staff on the day
- Upload and organize footage within 48 hours using our delivery system
